The Cheshire Craftsmen is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1974 to provide an outlet for artisans to market original handcrafted goods.
The primary activity of the Cheshire Craftsmen is to sponsor a two-day juried craft fair.
The Cheshire Craftsmen is made up of officers and its members. Officers are elected every (2) years and consist of:
President
Secretary/Treasurer
Show Chair
Membership Chair
Publicity Chair
Members are accepted into the group by applying for and having their craft juried.
A member is expected to attend at least (1) general meeting, pay annual dues, and work on a committee whether by volunteering or assignment by the Officers.
Potential members may be put on a waiting list in order to maintain a diversity of crafts for our customers.
The Annual Craft Fair is held in early October at the Keene Recreation Center, 312 Washington St in Keene, NH.
